Exciting Update: New Scheduling, Telehealth, and Bill Payment System!

We are excited to introduce our new, streamlined system designed to make scheduling, telehealth visits, and bill payments more efficient than ever!

Here’s what you need to know:

Existing clients with appointments already scheduled for 2025: You can log in to your profile using the link below and easily schedule appointments, pay outstanding bills and update billing and insurance information.
New clients or existing clients without appointments scheduled for 2025: When you use the scheduling link below, you will need to register as a new client when booking your first appointment of the year.

If you have any difficulty with the new system or prefer to schedule another way, you can send an email directly to your therapist.

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a confirmation along with intake forms. If you will be using insurance, please upload a copy of your insurance card. Please complete the forms requested prior to your appointment.

If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify your therapist at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancelations and no-show appointments may be assessed an applicable late fee.
