Personal Mission Statement: It takes a lot of courage for you to come to the Lighthouse Counseling site and decide to seek help. This is the first step to incredible freedom, should you choose! (Galatians 5:1). In these unprecedented times, fear and isolation has affected us all in different ways, but we are not alone and we are not forsaken. We were not created by God to be alone, yet at times we feel like there is NO WAY OUT of this deep, dark hole. I am here to tell you that there is. Jesus Christ is the Almighty Counselor and as we look to Him, ...He is our Way, our Truth, and our Life. (John 14:6) I desire to be an instrument used by God to bring His perfect love, peace, and truth (John 14:27). As a Christ-centered therapist I will come alongside and partner with you, through the power of the Holy Spirit, to address your presenting needs. You can be ANYWHERE on your journey. It will not be my role to force my values or beliefs on you, but to walk you through a journey of healing and renewed direction in life. The invitation is open, the journey is sacredly your own. (Jeremiah 6:16)

Additionally, I am a Minnesota State Board approved Supervisor and, as such, can supervise people in their post-degree, pre-LMFT licensure process.
